Elindi's has a long relationship with all of the parts suppliers in South Africa and can almost be certain that if a part needs replacing we will be able to source it or, most probably, we will have it in stock.

Your equipment will be assigned to a qualified technician. This technician will be responsible for repairing your unit, informing you of the progress, cost involved on the repair of your unit and ultimately be responsible to ensure that you are satisfied with the service given.
All of the repairs done on your equipment carry a 1 to 6 month limited warranty depending from product to product.
If by some slim chance your unit is unrepairable or is unecconomical to repair, a small fee will be charged for the inspection of your equipment.
